February 2018
Today Wednesday February 21st 2018, the 97th day EA performed a "live" update November 17th 2017 and implemented either intentionally or unintentionally an error with star card duplicate credits not being accumulated into players accounts for their respective platform. As this issue has grown, the final response was this was being fixed with Patch 1.2 February 19th 2018. Obviously it is not fixed.
Today also marks an historic and unprecedented occasion, this is my 6th complete uninstall and re-insttall of EA Dice Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition on my Xbox One (2015). I am documenting this activity with video recording to show proof of gameplay, lack thereof because EA Help declares a problem was fixed. When in fact, it is not solved, fixed, repaired nor remedied or mended. In my lifetime of playing video games, I have NEVER uninstalled and re-installed a video game six times. This multiplayer online game is of such low quality service it has angered me and I cannot count the hundreds of others. Now my 79.99 payment for this title has diluted its value to 29.99
I highly suggest and recommend Electronic Arts do something, because this behavior from a company borderlines with the definition of racketeering.

Resetting an Microsoft Xbox, erasing all settings and reinstalling EA Dice Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition does nothing.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to confirm the issues that you are still experiencing after the patch. We've seen similar reports from other players so I can confirm that we are on it (again).
Lastly, you've made it very clear in your post that your gaming needs haven't been met due to these long-standing issues. I would like to apologize for that, and I do want you to know that we take feedback such as yours seriously.
Thank you,
February 2018
@Straatford87
Thank you for the apology. And yes, I hate to say this publicly:
EA game development and its affiliates have destroyed any trust I had left. Since November many "game" breaking issue have not been corrected. Since that time, as evidence with show each patch is breaking another aspect of game play.
I have on record 1084 separate instances recorded of bugs, glitches, exploits, technical, network, software, developer errors just for one game, this one. I have yet to see any acknowledgement on EA's part for 18 of those in the forums at this time.
Thousands of players deserve an answer.

At this point the only solution to the vast number of posted bugs, glitches, exploits, technical, network, software, developer errors with EA Dice Star Wars Battlefront II, is just not to play and get rid of the game.

@mysweetescape13 they're STILL not doing anything to help us, the communication is abysmal for the real issues but they seem to reply to people for minor individual problems!?
I agree with everything you have said and i have lost all trust, faith, respect and patience with the handling of this game and as @TheSplynncryth says I am now only logging in to get my daily crate and maybe do a timed challenge. Before these major problems started (for me most notably patch 1.1) the highlight of my day was playing this game (sad but true).
I, like so many others, hold Star Wars close to my heart and am disgusted that EA and it's affiliates have given it such disdain and alienated so many people in the process.
Like yourself I honestly don't know what else to do other than take to these forums and leave comments or posts in the hope that someone takes note and actually does something about it.
I started off with calm, collected and respectful comments... they didn't work.
I have tried anger, sadness, sarcasm... they don't work either.
I've tried direct messages to admins and conversations via online chat... guess what?... no success.
Have now sent a message direct to Disney to see if that does anything, slim chance but worth a try.
Everyone should do the same.

After my three day EA imposed vacation, the game is being shelved, today. I suggest others do the same.
