Error with the game, all controls are blocked

Good afternoon everyone, today I would like to know if you could help me with the problem that I have had with Apex for more than half a year and I still cannot find a way to solve it, as you can see in the image. the skills and but they appear blocked, it doesn't let me move the character either, the only thing I can do is move my gaze, and this happens to me in all game modes and I already tried to reinstall the game but it is still the same, by the way I play in PC with mouse and keyboard
