Error while downloading data
Since yesterday the 10th of August, I get allways the message "Fehler beim herunterladen der Datei" (see attachemend image1.png) when I try to start the game. I'm using an iPhone 14 with the latest SW. Meanwhile I switched the phone several times off, aktivated the flight mode, changed the connectivity from WLAN to Mobile connectivity, but the issues keeps the same.
Image0.jpg shows hopefuly all relevant data for my account.

I hope your issue with this error cropping up was taken care of since we last heard from you. I'll close this thread out here but if you need more help, please open a new thread and share a bit more context so we can offer advice.

It's been a few days since then, did that error stick around for you or were you able to get the download working?
