So I bought a card for a 60-day one time subscription and it's telling me it's already used. How can I find out when it was used?

Off Amazon, from Electronic Arts. I tried entering if the first time, and then it gave me an error and told me to enter it again. I tried to enter it again, and it said the card had already been used.

I did, yeah. :// I reached out to them last night and they said I need the date and time it was redeemed to get a refund.
The problem I'm having there is this product I'm trying to get to be a subscriber means I have no technical support from SWTOR on this, unfortunately (wherein you need to subscribe to get tech support). This was the only option I could find for support, so thanks for trying, all. If there's another place or an email address or something, I'll take that too! Honestly, at this point, I'm just trying not to lose my money.
