Error when trying to launch the game

★ Novice

Hi,

I recently bought a laptop and tried to install Apex legends. I've fully downloaded the game however i keep getting this error when trying to launch the game.

I've searched everywhere to find a fix and the none of them and helped unfortunately.

I've tried:

1. Updating all drivers

2. Delete D3Dcompiler_43.dll (didn't have it in my files)

3. Allowing through firewall,

4. Repairing, disabling in game interface, reinstalling, running as admin, deleting all files in apex directx folder apart from the 3 important ones.

5. Also unable to reinstall directx as the following error shows

It definitely isn't an issue with the laptop, but no idea what's preventing it. If anyone could help that would be amazing. Many thanks in advance!

Hi @HeiRoRo

When you've got a chance would you mind grabbing a DxDiag for me so I can take a look? For more info on how to find it check out the article on gathering system info on the EA Help website.

Once you've got the DxDiag file you can attach it here. Thanks!
