Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By going into league SBC's and trying to complete one.
What happens when the bug occurs? When going into league SBC's , it disconnects the player from ULTIMATE TEAM while he submits an SBC, same goes for the companion, but the submission is just not possible, therefore, after buying every player, we cannot benefit from the pack rewards and have wasted our time
What should be happening instead? The submit button should work and we should be able to open our pack.
I have seen it happen to other people so I know that it is a problem throughout the community and not just mine
