No chance am I doing this again. 8 people I spoke to in total... with the first being a turn it on and off reply. The last saying to send a report from a laptop! Someone needs to ring me who knows what they are doing and get it sorted

Wow! I followed your link and spent (wasted) 2 hours talking about the problem! I was told the problem first started in December and is being fixed.
when I reminded him “it is nearly August! That’s 8 months” he said theirs no time frame on being fixed.
he said he’s sent the issues been sent onto the studio and said hope it’s fixed soon!!!

Makes me laugh that you use the word specialist here. I will no longer be buying any ea sports products and I fully plan to take to social media. No don’t this will be taken down as it states the truth.
