Ive had the same since June 2nd! I’ve spent hours emailing and talking to support who seem to enjoy blaming my WiFi and telling me to turn things off and on. It’s a joke to be honest and has ruined the game for me as I play daily. Nobody seems to know how to fix it

No I haven’t got Facebook or twitter. I shouldn’t have to have social media to get an error code sorted on my PS4

You can still get help with this by opening a case here. They just aren't as familiar with the issue so they will probably go through some troubleshooting rather than escalating your case. You can let them know you've been instructed to contact support and get your case escalated. Hopefully, that gets it in the right hands.

I’ve tried for weeks to speak to someone about my issue woth nhl20. I’ve had zero success in resolving the problem. The only time someone from ea contacted me was to tell me/warn me about a ban because my comment about Ea support not being up to par with other groups. Please EA send me a phone number or some info on my error code which I’ve posted. I’m missing out on daily rewards because of this and I’ve spent a lot of money on EA PRODUCTS and I wish the feeling were mutual.
