I now consider this matter closed.
I have not received anymore reports on battle-packs lost, and I have not lost any myself for the last few days.
If you still lose or are still losing battle-packs please contact support, they can help and even retrieve battle-packs for you I have found out.

It happened to me yesterday (30th) as well. Not sure on which thread i posted - I posted a screenshot as well. So the issue IS unresolved...

I have also had this issue, lost 2 packs and contacted support. The advisor said he contacted a "Specialist" and the so called specialist said that this is impossible and it can't happen. I sent a few links of ppl having this issue, videos and gifs. That is horrible to hear @NikeWK .
The advisor I spoke to was a lot friendlier when attempting to assist me.
He even said the error was known and they where trying to fix it.
For me they didn't even need to contact a specialist for this.
If I could I would mark this thread as unresolved but that's impossible, I will however keep this thread alive for as long as this problem exists so EA/DICE can have a look at this.
And if this issue happens to me yet again I will immediately contact support and see what they have to say about this, in fact I will copy-paste the whole conversation here for all to see just like you did.
It is one thing that they can't do anything about it but the fact that they say it's impossible even though there is so much proof out there is revolting.
Calling you or anyone addressing this issue as a liar is disgusting and not at all in line with what I experienced myself with their advisors.
Let's just hope that advisor was just having a bad day.

What do you mean by that?
Are you getting the same error as described here or are you having some other problem?
You should have received 5 battlepacks from the deluxe edition.
