Error message : personal settings 1 failed to load - Unable to load Fifa 20 due to error message that says Personal settings 1 failed to load. HOW DO I FIX THIS !!!!

Hey @GeorgeAd142, when seeing this error the best thing to try is to go to Customize - Profile - Delete and deleting the current Settings files.

the message is coming up before I get to the home screen so unable to get to the customize section, I spoke to community support and they suggested un-installing and re-installing, im currently re-installing fifa 20 and will report back if successful

1) sign in as a guest on your Xbox using a spare Xbox pad.
2) you should be able to get onto all the menus with your guest account however you can’t obviously access any of your saves.
3) head over to customise > profile  when hear go on profile with original controller And select “Delete” 
4) once in there, you should have a list of all things saved, career mode etc etc. Find “Personal Settings 1” and delete this. Once done, sign back into your main account and you should be good to go!

 I fixed it 

open fifa 20 and press x to see this message 

1-press home button 

2- and go to add guest and back to game 

3-perss many x and will enter to game 

4-when enter to game switch to your profile

I had the same problem in my xbox one.. The solution is very simple. Login as a guest profile that will allow the game to the home page. Then go to customise and click on profile tab. Delete the previous setting. Now u can logout as guest and use ur profile without any issue.
