Error logging in to the webstore

I can’t login to the webstore despite ingame connection to the EA account and typing the correct email and receiving codes by email and correctly typing the code Iam getting an error message that code cannot be validated despite the many attempts.

That error message can crop up for one of three reasons typically. I've covered those reasons here under Step 3 - Enter the code from your email. Could you take a look and please run through the recommended steps for each scenario please?
