Hello,
It's been approximately a week that I've not been able to purchase contracts. It's a big part of my cash flow, and now I'm stuck bidding on contract that are way too expensive..
When I want to use the feature "Buy Now" to purchase a contract at lets say 350, the following message appears:
"Failed to retrieve date; please try again later.
ERROR CODE:
B7DD78AF2E5CF670-0000000000009999-C2709ECFB14B7B4F"
And then it kicks me back to the main menu.
It's really annoying. I've already posted my request in Bug Report, but it didn't process.
Please solve this.
