I have been playing EA games for years now and wasn’t even aware I made an account but after taking a break and returning to Star Wars battlefront 2 I found my account to be invalid and after consulting customer services I found out I didn’t even know the email address in which my account is linked to meaning I cannot get anything back I played both battlefront games and the original two plants vs zombies games without problems and a bit of apex legends with still no problem but I can no longer get onto anything due to this I know my PlayStation account log in and pssword but some support would really be appreciated

I can’t access the web form as the contact services aren’t available???

Hi @sonnyblakemon,

It can happen as they have reduced working hours due to reduced staff because of the pandemic situation. You need to try later if you want to contact an advisor (which might be the best solution).
