Error code 2396

Same issue here on Xbox one. No leveling after matches, all characters set to level 0 and you can't upgrade cards.

I heard they were uploading a server side patch today, so they probably broke the game in doing so.

Its not you, its EA, they want me to try some other things, but I think this has to be a backend issue with them

I'm getting freakin tired of this game, they better patch that * quickly, i got rey lvl 6, i grinded like a fool, return to the menu, error 2396 and Rey is lvl 3. Thanks Dice.

Tengo el mismo problema en ps4, tengo mis personajes en nivel 20,6, 23, etc.
Pero en asalto galáctico aparecen en nivel 0, y no reciben exp... ayuda!

Well that was fun, they wanted me to change Windows Firewall (I just disabled my firewall as a temporary measure to keep the peace) and even set up a local user.  Then when I said this is obviously a backend issue, the agent "Catherine" closed the chat session.  I asked them very clearly to report this to the developers and that I think they need to roll back the changes they made to the Backend systems.  Not that happy with EA right now I can tell you.

Nothing has changed on my local system since yesterday and as this appears to be a "cross platform" problem, I don't think me setting a local user is going to solve this issue EA.  Please pull your socks up and do something to fix the backend!!!!
