I'm having the exact same issue, on xbox one. My boyfriend was playing before (I use his account too) and all was fine and he left for work and I have played a few games and all his cards have gone to zero and don't level up during play. There's also no data at the end of the game for ranking?

 We have to wait until tht problem solves. Because i don't like playing this game without level.

Same, it defeats so much purpose of the game. Is there any idea of how long it will take for them to fix it?

EA have got me currently running a repair to see if that helps, but the person who started this threat already tried that twice

Hi when I start the game it appears to me the an error code 2396 and when I try to buy a star card it appears to me another error code 1608. What should I do?

It takes hours i guess but many players still have their own level. It's really interesting.

Having the same issue. I bought the game 2 days ago (and only because it was on sale for half price) because I heard they got rid of the incredibly greedy, anti-consumer loot box progression system, and now I can't even unlock anything as a new player: which makes the game unplayable for me. Thanks a lot, EA.

Ugh😣 yeah I noticed when I was playing everyone else had their levels. So I've tried everything I can think of to fix it but nothing? My boyfriends going to come home and think I've broke it somehow😂😂
