How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes completely and starts a cycle of not being able to connect to your crappy serveres
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game
The game completely crashes, I've never been able to get past the first loading screen, as soon as EA and Frostbite come up on the screen, I get the error code.

Restoring Licenses:
Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

This experience is so woeful that sony should be warning people before purchasing the game that it probably won't work!!!!
