Error Signon: Full happens every match nearly

There isn't anything drastic that happens right before. I could be sitting in the lobby or mid gunfight and it'll freeze and send me to the start menu. There have been occasions during Ranked where it hit and rather than putting me back in the match it would dock my points, or even give me a penalty (that's only happened once). What other steps can I take to prevent this?

Update: I was just sent to the start menu after attempting to view Gibraltors legendary skin in the BP without an error notice. Wtf?
