I'm having same issue they asked me to restore licenses and I did then they sent me here. Lost coins and a pack trying to figure out problem. I'm sure I'm screwed on the pack and the coins which is just the way it goes. I just wanna be able to shop auction house so I can maybe make it back.

I can see you are facing the same issue. Please contact an advisor again and let them know you have the negative escrow issue. They should be able to quickly resolve this. I can also see you purchased a 50k pack the same day this was posted so it looks like that was received. An advisor can tell you the contents of that pack.
