Error I got with accolades

If any developer could help me that would be much appreciated;

Prior to the recent update Season 5 began and I was able to get division 20 prior to this update. But the problem is I have not automatically unlocked these accolades. Could anyone resolve this issue for me?

Developers are not active on these boards. The forum team can help relay info their way, do you know what specific accolades you're missing and let me know what your Gamertag/PSN ID is?

I recently reached division 20 on season 5 in UFC 4 OWC but the accolade for reaching division 20 in season 5 still hasn't unlocked for me. I check the challenges screen to see if I can unlock it there but there are no challenges that unlock that accolade that are visible. I'd like to show off that I hit division 20 but can't.
