Hey I'm still having this issue with NFS Unbound online.. please see screenshot. Any advise on how to fix it? I have reached out to EA and followed all steps provider but still no luck.

I am getting error code: 40010000 item synchronization failed code upon starting game. I try to load into Lakeshore online and I get the code: Ftjr2008. Any solutions on ps5? I’ve tried uploading my save data to the cloud and then redownloading it back afterwords and it doesn’t seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated
