I've been having some problems trying to get online

I FOUND SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!


So what helped me


Step 1.
From folder
C:\Users\XYZ\Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound ---->  \SaveGame\ with files like wrap, savegame, wraps   <---- Copy this folder and paste to deskopt

Step 2. If u have a copy, delete it from folder NFS

Step 3. Start Game - U gonna see that your saved games not works and new Save File is created by game (Meanwhile when u gonna try start Story/Online = U gonna have Creator of Character - Don't Create just exit if u have creator)

Step 4. Exit Game, go into that folder SaveGame-> savegame and just replace new file with old (name of file = 1)
I don't replaced folder wraps/banners, and it works for me

Same problem, but i want to add i been playin multiplayer i decided to go play some Singleplayer, on singleplayer got lost connection because of my router, when network back it was start to sayin me FTJR2008 / 00090809F, so i wanted to go back for multi but when trying to go online there's been blocked option for Session, restarted pc and everything

So as i see i can play Multiplayer only if my friend gonna create lobby, then i can play with him, and everything works, but if i'll quit his lobby, my ,,Start Session" not works because of error ,,Error Syncing System, Contact with Customer Service: Error Code: FTJR2008".

I have the same Issue.
Try to find some Info, but didn't find one.
I play on Windows 10 and playing with Steam Launcher.

i have same issue Error Syncing System, Contact with Customer Service: Error Code: FTJR2008 when i try to play online, even get that error when i start the game.

@EA_Atici also play on pc steam version same issue. i have 1 gbps internet speed so my internet would not be issue it works fine in other games. also no issue on other need for speed titles
