NFS Heat: No synchro between local and online Game possible. Error Code: 40010000. No online Game possible.

I’ve contacted the support three days in a row now to get some help with the error that occures when i start the game.

The game worked fine for several days and i had been grinding and accumulating over 6000000 in game currancy.
yesterday when i started the game i got error 40010000 sync problem that said i had to sync my solo and online play to be able to keep playing online with all of you guys, thats when i discovered that all my cash was gone and i was left with 60k. I surely hope the fix the problem soon. I’ve tried to play a little more, but as soon as i restart the game it kicks me back down to 60K so everything i earn while i play will all be for nothing. Anyone else got the same problem?

I just kept clicking play online and then yes on the question repeatedly and it let me in

Startet an offline Game, then again online game with errror, after the socond time starting the offline game and go back to online game the error disappeared.

Between the to starts I restarted the ps4

So the first problem I had was the 40010000 error and I sain that I'm gonna to play solo so I don't lose time.

I played in Solo everything was fine and after some time I quit my game.

Later when I turn on the game I see in the lobby that I have nothing( no money, no cars, no nothing) only a 240sx with something very very weird (ultimate plus suspension kit)

Is there something that I can do in this point?

Anyone else having trouble with all your cash gone and a error window when starting up your game.

mine says it has som sort of synchronization problem, and if i want to be able to play online it has to sync. 
problem is that all my cash (6000000) ghosted me and all i was left with is like 60k.

EA says they are working on fixing it, but how long will that take. I tried playing some yesterday but today all progress cashwize was gone when i started it up again today. So its no point for me keep playing the game until they fix the problem. All progress will be for nothing!! 😬🔫
