2. Does more than one account play the game on your main/home PS4
No
3. If yes to 2, do those players have their own PS Plus subscriptions or is your one shared?
I have 1account and thats the only one, and this Ps4 ive got at home is the only one i play at.
Im not so keen on reinstalling the game and loose all my progress sice ive finnished it all, collected all collectibles and at level 50+ 😂

Same here. Got the exact same code and I play on the PC.
Gotta love being forced to connect to online services and store on cloud servers.

Fix for me was to upgrade all my cars in solo mode. Edit license plate text or swap some parts for every car. Then quit to lobby. It shouldn't show the error code anymore when it loads to the lobby. After that I exit the game with Alt+F4. (Did not work just connecting to online straight up) Started game again no error codes and could play online again.
