Error Code: 2938

I am currently unable to play with friends as any time I try to join their game or group, or if I invite them I receive the error code 2938. It states that I need to update your game before you can play online and to close the game and check for updates. I have closed and reopened the game several times on my xbox but it always says the same.

Have you tried to power cycle your console and reinstall the game?

Not fixed, issue still present please fix this as it is gamebreaking.
