Error 80020000

Hello. I like this game but not like this. I play about 48 hours. 6 hours play offline because my network provider had problems. Today i cant play online. Say something about online account.

Hey @Alex-Udrescu  what kind of error message do you get and also what platform are you on?

@EA_Atic  I m on Pc. When i try to put a wrap it say:Retrieving your costom wraps....  .   And when i try to put one from comunity it say: WARING   Download failed,you have no free download slots avaible. Please free up some slots and try again.     And i dont use a wraps  from the start of the game. Please find a solution. It s not fair.
