Did all that last night and an alternate mac address clear they recommended. None of it worked. Still 524.
No work around, completely unable to play online. Other accounts on the same xbox are fine.

Were they going to escalate the issue internally or are you SOL?

I went through 4 escalations (and 1.5 hours) before I ended up being forced to put the kids to bed. Still dead in the water.
So annoying.

I logged a bug report, all other games we tested were fine. I even removed his account from the family and readded it as an adult, no change.
