Error 310 while patch 4.0 download

Hi,

I got 2 problems with patch 4.0.

1. The download is very unstable: from 10 KB/s to 500-600 KB/s for few seconds, then again 10-20 KB/s.

2. After short time i got message "Network error while downloading patch data. Retrying... (310). Then all download stops. I can pause it manualy and then resume, but it works for about 1 minute, than again error 310 occurs.

Please help.

I'd like to say perhaps the number of people simultaneously downloading  may be affecting network speed, but saying that this morning I had between 10-20 mbps downloading the patch. What have you done so far to try to solve the problem so we don't double tap solutions that didn't work for you?  When you are updating is anyone else on your network doing bandwidth intensive activities such as watching netflix or downloading other games?

I don't have any p2p programs, neither any other that can affect download. Also i understand, that many people is downloading patch right now, but on 250 Mbps bandwith i would expect faster download than 50 KBps

I tried to disable my firewall and used repair option in SWOTOR launcher but with no success.

But i just used FixLauncher program and for now download is still unstable (50-350 KB/s) but at least i don't get error 310. 4.2 GB to go, so i will just leave download for the night. Will post update here in the morning.
