Engine error audio/ship/general_stream.mstr [ Edited ]

Hi

For a week and a half I played apex normally. However two days ago it started to present an Engine Error with the address audio/ship/general_stream.mstr in the main game screen (where the menu is)
I've done the game recovery twice, but it still gives the error.

Is someone even having trouble?

Does anyone know the solution?

i7 7700

Asus 1070 ti

16 gb ram

win 10

all drives updated.

Hello, I discovered the problema, it is my HD. I already tested with the installation in a ssd and the game is working well.

@neto1aa Hey there, when you say Recovery are you referring to right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?

I did your suggestion, but the error continues,

Each error is a different number, but the same address.

@neto1aa That's really odd, can you try a full uninstall http://bit.ly/ManualOriginUninstall and then redownload to see if that resolves it?

Hey same problem here what should u do to fix it pls help

Game crashes on launch every time. I have repaired the game 6 times and it doesn't appear to help in the slightest.
My CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600X and my GPU is a RTX 2060.
