Energy full notification [ Edited ]

I have been trying to solve this issue and contacted tech support twice....since the new characters came out I get the notification that I have full energy and never get it. I have gone thru every step in clearing and reinstalling the game on all my devices and syncing.

You mean that you get the full energy notification when you don't have it?  Not sure if this is affecting you or not, but I have always had that often, and assume it is due to playing the game on an android emulator as well as my Samsung phone, and this gets it knocked out of sync.

I put it only using my samsung galaxy s7 since the issue with the resync information on the forums. Today I got this after having used all the energy at around 12 am est

I get the exact same thing except I also get it with cantina energy

I had to reset my phone with it running slow after having the game for 2 months. With everything set it still does not work
