Enable Steam overlay error [ Edited ]

Apex keeps asking me to enable steam overlay over and over again which it has been enabled, I've tried all the tips in this forum and countless others to no avail... It bad enough I don't get all my loot from PS because cross-progression is not a thing but now I can't even play?

Hey @HyperGaming1, 

Are you running any other overlays with Apex Legends? If so, can you try disabling them to see if that makes a difference? 

If you're still having any trouble with no other overlays running, can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps? You can find more info on how to set one up at the EA Help website.

I did the clean boot still got same problem
