Does anyone know how to contact the help team by email? I currently have a case open and have heard nothing for 5 days. I have a case number but its not showing up on my account in the case history? The guy escalated it through messenger told me this team only deal by email. I've tried more than one email address and they just keep bouncing back.

You might need to create a new case, but you can include the case number you already have, explain the situation and ask for information on the status of your issue.
