2. hi, I have a problem where all my cards from my team have been used on SBC without me being aware of it (hacked), contacted me or customer service and they only reply that there is nothing they can do about it as they have no control over things and cannot give me any kind of help I need. have spent quite a bit on fc points so I don't think they are doing their job properly, are there more people who have problems with ea customer service?
