Hello everyone.

I have a problem with ea support team month ago . I just think they don't read what im telling them or they just ignore me then they answer me with " copy /paste" .

I told them many times that my main account was banned so i created a new account and its banned too after like 30 mins ..i messaged them to ask them why they just "copy and paste " the same message that talking about violation ea rules ..

" After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account.

You will need to create a brand new EA Account in order to play Apex Legends .

- But i want them to read and understand that i did not cheat or used any software in the backround ...im not asking them to unban my account .i want them to unban my Machine or hardware or whatever they ban.

- i formated my computer and installed Apex again and they banned me after 30 min.

- i created a brand new account and they banned me ....so what to do ?

Hey there!

 

If you message the ToS they only review your account.
If there is rule breaking found, Disciplinary action will be taken.

They reviewed the ban and they confirmed you were using 3rd party software.

 

We don't debate on account status on AHQ or removing of actions.

At this point you have to bite the bullet and accept the consequences.

There is no coming back from this.

All i want to know is : can i a create a new account without getting banned ? 

If yes . How can i do that ?

I didn't ask to remove the sanction from my account ...

Hey,

 

If you are hardware banned, you are not longer allowed to play on any account Apex legends.

So there is no option to be able Apex Legends again.

 

You should have thought of this before you took the risk of breaking the rules.

Next time don't take the risk and you won't end up in this situation.
