Ea's bots

Ea have outdone themselves again
I had a complaint, so instead of letting actual people help I had a correspondence with ea customer experience and it's bots with fake Indian names, copy pasting ready messages, after a very short while you understand that you are not chatting to a human, and I haven't figured out how to get any real person from ea to respond.
Oh and by the way the new harvest event is crashing my app, will you fix it soon or should I try to talk to a robot named rajat?
