Hello, I buy Origin Basci to try battefield V multiplayer, but when I tried to play the multiplayer its says that my account dont have acces to that feature, but reading the basic options it dosent say anything about that, it says 10 hours free...

Hey @Aceti_David

With the 10 hours for Origin Basic, you should have access to the Multiplayer.

Have you tried switching from DX12 to DX11 in the Graphics/Video Settings in Game, and restarting the Game?
