How Long Does Game Soft Bans Last?

Had this problem for few hours now and from what I can see no one returns to the forum to say how long their issue lasted for, have you managed to resolve your issue?

Im soft banned too, it happens when you play a lot of games in a small timeframe. I guess we just wait a couple of hours. Or maybe even 24hours (Idk for sure) and then proceed to play normally.

Yes, I did but ive been waiting over 4 hrs now and still get disconnected every time!

After I play a game on any mode I get this message "Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment"

It then proceeds to kick me out and the game I played doesn't count for anything. I lost my streak on Rivals cause of this.

How to I fix this

hello but i buy this game to play

but how to do when the game in every game disconnect in the end of each match it allow my to play only one match and after can't play matchs till the next day .

how is that possible ?

even i do any thing in sbc disconnect too .

i check with other games all of it fine only this FC 24 .
