Ea account won't read my email address

I made myself a member of ea sports because fifa told me i had to make account this was successful and the email address was verified but when i go to access online play i can get through the terms and conditions but the ea account page my email is in red and will not let me proceed any help

Nothing no just the box where the email address is just turns red i keep retyping it pressing done but will not allow me to proceed to next

Try hitting the D pad when you're on that screen. It should navigate to the 'Next' button.
