Ea access ps4

Hi, i bought ea access acount for the ps4 and cant Get IT to work. Each time i try to start IT an error Message coms on the screen. ITS been like this for 3 days now. Tried all the instructions to turn on and off console, uninstalled reinstalled still nothing . Any one Know what to do?.
