Ea Fc 24 Ultimate Edition Content missing
I'm sick and tired of Ea Customer Support. I bought EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition from Steam Store not some shady CD Key etc. And I did not got my Ea FC Points or any Content like Nike Mad Loan etc. I created a Ticket with ea support,they got back to me with some questions about my purchase, replied with all the details, and when I pressed Sent, I've got an automated message from Ea Help saying that the message could not be delivered. Had to open up another case, to explain again the same issue, and they kept coming back and forth (every single time it was another person) asking me the same question 3 times even tho I answered their question, or they could see that in the Case. For example: do you have access to the e-mail address linked to Ea, I said yes and then another person asked me the same thing. Then they asked me 3 times from where i Bought the game, even tho i provided screenshots as they requested with my purchase, were they could see clearly from where. And then they said they can't help me, and that I have to contact Steam Support for help,, even tho Steam DO NOT offer support for their game, if you need help you need to go to Ea support. Such a joke, and on top of that, I wanted to make a formal complaint or to speak with a supervisor, and while i was typing my issue, the guy closed the chat.
I can provide Screenshots with all the conversation if needed, now tell me, is this normal? is this how you treat your customers?
