PC players, try disabling IPv6 and see if that helps. It was the only thing that solved my issues.

@assassin3712 Try this small tip go to you routing setting and then go  task manager and disabling “killer network support”. Hope this fix the problem

@samurai_manny, as far as I can tell from all the testing I have done to solve this issue, the killer network process only causes server disconnects, not this 34601 error.

I have narrowed it down ( at least for me ) to IPv6 issues which I'm trill trying to get a fix that works 100% of the time.

I have the same problem code -34601 - only in Win 10 Pro 64. Win 7 Pro - no problem, but there is no DirectX 12 and no raytracing.

I have changed from Directx11 to Directx12 and I have had the same error, try to change the Directx version. With directx 11 it works for me.
