Im unable to run the game at all, I realy tried everything there is to fix the problem , I red all the thrads and and wached all the youtube videos and nothing helped.

@scoumper You tried checking Microsoft visual C++ libraries? Maybe post a screenshot of the versions u have installed ( Windows programs)

@scoumpercan you try reinstall version 2012 in both 32 and 64 bit:

and .net framework

restart pc after installs
