EA switch email accounts

Im trying to play Apex Legends and It keeps telling me to log into my ea account but it was made under my moms email years ago, Nobody uses it or knows how to access it. So I want to switch the account email to mine now and link it to my PSN. How can I recover the old account and switch email address in it? I have the email address I just cannot login to the email or ea.
