EA support ticket wasn't read

Greetings, so i made a ticket for support on February 13th for falsely banned account with attached proofs and still no reply, nothing, even the aniversary event passed and i couldnt get a single skin, i even bought batlepass and i cant play cause of falsely banned account.... And EA didn't do anything yet... And its been long time since i put ticket on help center... Guys from EA pls help me...  I know one customer is nothing to you, But i cant stand this anymore... Im furious

Sorry to hear it's taking this long for you to receive a response on your ban appeal. Other players on the forum shared similar stories that suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team. I'm afraid we don't have a specific ETA for you as that will depend on their incoming volume. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: noreply@ea.com.

@EA_Lanna Tnx for notifying me about email adresse, is there any way they will be able to give me back money for battle pass or levele it up?
