EA servers are not available at this time - FIFA 19 / XBOX 360

Hello,

Just bought FIFA 19, the game is working but it can`t connect to EA servers. pls help.

Things I have tried:

- troubleshooting suggested by EA HELP: clear cache, reset system clock, disable cloud saves, delete gamertag, re-download gamertag, uninstall content on your console, bypass router

- enable ports in rooter

- activate UPNP in rooter

- other games are working in multiplayer

- FIFA 16 also NOT working - can`t connect to EA SERVER

- now I am waiting for a week to be contacted back by a specialist from EA; but no answer until now...i am really disappointed by them, and loosing patience

So, my guess is that I have a problem with the general connection to EA SERVERS, regardless the game.

any ideas will be welcomed.

@ubogdy  I took a look at your account and can see that the specialist has reached out to you, have you been able to reply back to him, if not can you check your email for the message they have sent you.

The specialist contacted me  the other day and we run together an UO Trace test. The result is that my connection is poor with some EA servers, and this is why I can't connect.

I have contacted The ISP, and they told me that everything is fine. Now I am waiting for  a second reply from them regarding the issue.

My gues is, I will not be able to play FIFA this season because I am no specialist and the specialists throw the blame on each other.

What a waste of time an money....

@ubogd If the specialist is saying there are issues with your connection then that is most likely the case. Sometimes an ISP can route your connection in a strange way and result in you seeing issues and the best thing to do is show them your UO Traces and ask them for advice. With a UO Trace, it can be very easy to see where the issue lies, any packet loss of anything between 1 and 99% is an issue, as are high Ping best/worst difference. If you see a Ping best/worst of 100ms or more difference then this points to an issue sand generally a very high ping time.

Received the same error when I tried to log on today 18 October 2020. Your website also says the server for XBOX 360 FIFA 19 is down.  Is this permanent? What's going on?

Hello I am having a issue with playing fight night champions on my Xbox one. I have played this game a 1000 times on this Xbox. But within the past 2 months it has not allowed me access to ea server. It says “ The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later” I have no problems with playing madden 2020 on line or connecting to that server. Please advise
