EA needs to fix Item Limit Restrictions!!

The 'item limit' puts a huge limit on game play. 

I've reached level 40, and the only thing left to do is increase my lifestyle status, but it's impossible if you can't add new items to your house. 

EA is losing out on a lot of money by enforcing a limit. I've spent actual human dollars to purchase sim dollars during my game play. I want to continue playing the game and advancing, but it's no longer fun if you can't put the new cool items in your house. 

Please EA can you fix this??
