EA kicks me every single game, THIS IS BS

I play EASHL (or try) a lot and everytime I get on I cant ever finish a friggin game, this is rediculious whats going on because this is the worst games I have ever played online due to this and you pay to have xboxlive so is this a way to make ppl pay and not play? I own a PS4 also and I thought playing for free and dealing with gliches was bad but in all reality its not half as bad as winning a game and getting a lose every single time. Please help me and everyone else fix this * issue. Cant tell me EA don't make enough money to keep the servers up and running
