Hello, I have recently contacted EA for help for a purchase issue I was having. I was in contact with someone and then he said I was being passed off to a team, however I have yet to hear from this team? Is this usually the case? Just curious if I should resend my case or if I just need to wait a little longer? Thank you!

You should be able to see your cases, feel free to contact EA again about the issue, mention the previous case number.
