EA has no live support, the option is completely removed.

EA is missing the live support option, even when you take every step to get there they hard block live support, I literally cannot access it because it either automatically takes me to self help or it only has the option for live support. I need EA to fix this issue, when I need support I need it as soon as possible so not being able to chat live is a massive issue.

Yes I found that out just before you responded. Thank you for the help. I am running in to issues with support however. I want to know why CFG use is banned, yet still allowed for streamers and pro players. Support says it is not, but that is factually incorrect, for over 4 years streamers have used CFGs to gain competitive advantage and still are allowed to play. It is incredibly unfair that I will get banned but most players in my games are neo strafing around the map.

So you risk a ban if you alter any game file.

Imo it is cheating, and just because others do, does not mean you have to.

I know it was allowed during a previous algs, as stated in the rules for said algs.

I agree that it is cheating, but my issue is that you allow professional players and streamers to cheat while banning normal players. From what I can tell you cannot detect it either. My complaint is more aimed at the fact that you do not actually enforce your terms and conditions, making regular players scared to play on the same level as everyone else, while allowing cheaters to dominate the professional scene and ranked mode. People do not even respect predator rank anymore because it just means that you are cheating, not that you are good. Octane is the 2nd highest pick rate because of neo strafing, how do you let that become such an issue that it effects pick rate. Not just that, but the issue has remained the same for nearly half a decade. I do not cheat, I would love to be able to have good movement, but the only movement you can get is tap strafing and wall bounces, both of which require you to bind jump to a scroll wheel, which is basically using 3rd party hardware since that was not the intended use of that hardware. The issue is literally game breaking and yet it has been here since launch. If I got a list of the hundreds of professional players who use cheats and gave them to you could you actually say that they would be banned?

Hey @Ryan_Morford as you shared a screening of a post of mine I thought I'd responded, what I shared was a way for users using a surrounded sound setup but only getting stereo to check and ensure it is enabled. Users who have stereo setups but having issues with sound can also check it so as to ensure that they are not outputting audio in surrounded causing issues for them.

Changing those settings so that your game reflects your audio system setup does not give you a competitive edge.
