I received an email maybe a month ago or so saying that my account got suspended because I have used cheats. I've read 2 times to check I am not delusional but apparently EA thinks I have used cheats even though I am SO BAD AT THE GAME and I got this email when I haven't played the game for months because I took a break from the game and had to manage life like anyone else.
Was my account hacked? was someone reported me for killing him? or maybe EA banned my account by mistake.
The funny part isn't this, but the support system. Every time I sent an email or ticket I had the exact same stupid answer "please make a ticket" , "please send us the 6 digit code" bla bla. When I do that they just tell me it expired (ummm... I responded in less than 2 hours not in 48 hours).
It's plain stupid and extremely disappointing to see a company that can't manage a mistake they made so a simple player has to make tickets, wait days and weeks just to get the same mail again and again. If someone from EA thinks I am hacking, oh please...check my KDA and tell me how many wins and how many kills I got per game. I even had just Mirage and Wattson bought (haven't played much before I bought Wattson) so you can tell how many hours I have in this game (spoiler: not much).
EA, for the love of AllFather, this is stupid, solve this. It's getting out of hand.

and press chat
or
go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ then Apex then PC then orders then check status orders, u will be able to chat with them, tell them what is the reason and check the IP

I’m just now in the same boat says I cheated but I haven’t played on pc for 7 months this needs to be fixed asap

Did you ever get your account back..? Bc the exact same thing just happened to me sadly..I haven’t been on the game in a couple of weeks then I get back on for the new season that came out yesterday and buy the battle pass and all the fun stuff..then boom I get banned for cheating on my first game on..kinda upset bc I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on the game and got my second heirloom yesterday.
