Have submitted a ticket and already talked to EA support. Got the email and filled out report and got email saying I was to be contacted by game advisor. That was hours ago I'm not home a lot so I would like to get contacted back so this problem can be resolved. Is there anyway to find out if someone has at least looked at my ticket.
